About us
Wholesale replacement heads you can trust
Factory Directly is a UK wholesaler of genuine Braun, Oral-B and Philips replacement heads, alongside our own range of quality compatible alternatives. We work directly with the factories and manufacturers our products come from, backed by a close-knit network of vetted suppliers, so every genuine product is authentic and fully traceable. Whether you're ordering 5,000 units or a single pack, you get wholesale prices, clear stock levels and fast UK dispatch.
Two ranges, kept clearly apart
Genuine branded. Authentic Braun, Oral-B and Philips stock bought through the manufacturers and their approved distributors. Every genuine line can be traced back to a supplier invoice.
Compatible. Our own non-branded alternatives, made to fit popular handles and shavers. They are always labelled "compatible" and never sold as the branded product. Brand names appear only to describe which handles a head fits.
Who we sell to
Retailers, pharmacies, dental practices, hotels, online sellers and anyone else who needs replacement heads in volume. Approved trade accounts see trade prices; everyone else can order at retail with no application. All products are sold by us. Businesses that want to supply us can apply on the Supply us page.
Where our stock comes from, and why our prices are lower
Most of our stock comes straight from the factories and manufacturers our products are made by, and from a small network of suppliers we have vetted. We also buy liquidation lots and pallets, overstock and unopened customer returns from retailers and distributors. Buying this way is how we sell genuine heads for less than the high street.
Because of how some of that stock travels, the outer packaging occasionally arrives marked or damaged. When that happens we remove the damaged outer packaging, check the product, and repack and secure it ourselves. The product inside is unused and the heads themselves stay sealed. You get the same genuine item, in our packaging rather than the original box.
Independent of the brands
Factory Directly is an independent wholesaler. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Braun, Oral-B, Philips or their parent companies. Brand names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we resell and to describe which handles our compatible heads fit.
