Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Tausuppliers Ltd, trading as Factory Directly ("we", "us"), through this website.

1. Who we are

Tausuppliers Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15513442, registered office 81 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown.

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if stock is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or payment fails. Trade accounts have a minimum order value of £100.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Trade prices apply only to approved trade accounts. Payment is taken at checkout by the methods shown. For bank transfer we dispatch once the payment has reached our account. A quoted or negotiated price is valid for the period stated on the quote and for a single order.

4. Genuine and compatible products, trademarks and the brands

Genuine products. Products labelled "Genuine" are authentic branded goods that were first placed on the market in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area by the brand owner or with its consent. We resell them under the principle of exhaustion of trademark rights. Brand names, product names, part numbers and photographs of genuine products appear on this site solely to identify the goods being sold.

Compatible products. Products labelled "Compatible" are our own non-branded alternatives. They are not made, licensed, approved, tested or endorsed by Braun, Oral-B, Philips or any other brand. Where a brand or model name appears on a compatible product page it describes only which handle or shaver the head fits (nominative use). We make no claim that a compatible product is identical or equivalent in quality or performance to the branded original. We do not use brand logos or brand photography on compatible products or their packaging.

No affiliation. Tausuppliers Ltd is an independent wholesaler. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or otherwise connected to Braun GmbH, Oral-B, Philips, Procter & Gamble, Koninklijke Philips N.V. or any other manufacturer, and nothing on this site should be taken as a claim of such a connection. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Repackaged genuine products. Where we have removed damaged outer packaging (see section 5), the item is supplied in plain packaging marked as repackaged by Tausuppliers Ltd. Our packaging does not reproduce the brand's logos or artwork and is not presented as the manufacturer's packaging.

Intellectual property notice. We respect the intellectual property of others. If you are a rights holder and believe any listing, image or wording on this site infringes your rights, contact us through the Contact page with the listing, the right concerned and your contact details. We will review it promptly and, where appropriate, amend or remove the material.

5. Stock sources and packaging

We buy from manufacturers and vetted suppliers, and also from liquidation lots and pallets, overstock and unopened customer returns. Where outer packaging has been damaged in transit or storage, we remove it, check the product and repack it securely ourselves. In those cases the product is supplied unused, with its hygiene seal intact, but not in the manufacturer's original outer box. Ordering from us means you accept that some items may arrive repackaged in this way. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods.

6. Delivery

UK delivery is free on every order. Typical times are on the Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check parcels on arrival and tell us about damage or shortages within 48 hours.

7. Returns and cancellation

See the Returns page. In short: consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, except for sealed hygiene products that have been opened. Business customers may return faulty goods; other returns are at our discretion. Faulty goods are refunded or replaced in all cases.

8. Business customers

If you buy as a business, the Consumer Rights Act and consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Your account

Keep your login details private. Trade accounts are approved at our discretion and may be withdrawn if misused. Information you give in a trade or supplier application must be accurate.

10. General

These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version shown when you order applies to that order.
