Changed your mind? (consumers)

If you buy as a private individual you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty.

Exception: hygiene products. Toothbrush heads and shaver heads are sealed for hygiene reasons. If the seal has been broken or the pack opened after delivery, the item cannot be returned unless it is faulty. This is permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty or wrong items (everyone)

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including return postage. Your contract is with Tausuppliers Ltd, not with the brand: please deal with us rather than the manufacturer, and we will deal with any warranty questions on your behalf.

Business customers

Trade orders are placed for business use, so the 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply. We accept returns of unopened, resaleable stock at our discretion; a restocking charge may apply. Faulty goods are always replaced or refunded.

How to return

1. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason.
2. We confirm the return and give you the address and a reference.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back with the reference inside. Use a tracked service.
4. Refunds go to the original payment method.
